Eligibility for Refund
Return Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, we may not be able to process your refund request.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

Return Process

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.

Packaging: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure that the Return Authorization Number is visible on the package.

Shipping and Handling
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Processing
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 12-14 business days for processing once we receive the returned item.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% may apply for returns of non-defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

Custom Orders: Custom or special orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect or damage upon arrival.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
