Shipping Policy

At ADOUER WOOD, we are dedicated to providing you with a smooth and timely delivery experience. Below is a detailed description of our shipping policy.

1. Cutoff Time: To ensure prompt processing, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Indian Time (IT) on business days. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be processed on the next available business day.

2. Handling Time: Our standard handling time for small articles like chairs, study tables, tv units, bookshelf, shoe rack, coffee tables, nesting tables, console, bedside & end tables, stool & benches, ottoman & pouffe, key holders etc. is 10-12 business days. And for big articles like beds, sofa, dining, sofa cum beds, wall décor, pergola & outdoor furniture etc. is 20-22 business days. This period allows us to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your furniture to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. For custom or made-to-order items, handling time may be extended based on the complexity of your order, and you will be provided with an estimated timeframe at the time of purchase.

3. Transit Time: Transit time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your delivery address. Standard transit time is typically 6-8 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at order time for faster delivery, check with sales executive. Please note that transit times may vary based on your location.

4. Delivery Time: The total delivery time is the sum of handling time and transit time. For small articles orders, the estimated delivery time ranges from 16-20 business days and For big articles orders, the estimated delivery time ranges from 26-30 business days from the date of purchase. Custom and made-to-order items may have longer delivery times, which will be communicated to you in advance. For accurate delivery estimates, please contact our customer service department.

5. Shipping Cost: We are offering free shipping for most locations/pin codes in India. If delivery pin codes coming in ODA (out of delivery area), buyer must have to pay ODA charge additionally, ODA charge are calculated based on the product size, weight and delivery destination from courier hub to final buyer's place. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. For any shipping related concern please contact our customer service department.


Additional Information:

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email & sms with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you notice any missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately at email: contact@adouerwood.com & phone: (+91) 787-7830-597 so we can address the issue promptly.

Business Days: Our standard business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding National holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Custom Items: For custom furniture, the processing time may vary. We will provide you with an estimated processing time & charge at the time of purchase. Custom orders will follow the same cutoff time policy, but please note that additional time for production may be required.

Order Changes and Cancellations: To ensure timely processing, any requests for changes or cancellations to your order must be made before the cutoff time. Once an order is in processing, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
