Delivery:
* Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
* Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
* In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
* Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.

2. Return Window: Return window is open for 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.

3. Condition: Furniture usually needs to be in its original condition and packaging. We are allowing returns even the item is assembled, but it should be in a re-sellable condition.

4. Proof of Purchase: You'll typically need your receipt or order confirmation to process a return.

5. Packing of Furniture: Packing of goods will be done from customer's end in return case at their own cost, after proper packing product can be pick.

6. Return Shipping: For online purchases, you might be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We are offer free return shipping if you fulfil the return criteria.

7. Restocking Fees: Company are charging 5% of order value a restocking fee for all kind of returns.

8. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, the company may inspect it to ensure it meets their return criteria.

9. Refund or Exchange
A. Refunds: After successful returning of goods to the warehouse/store, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, after approved, the company will issue full refund to the original payment method and it will reflect in customers bank in 7-10 working days.

Note: There will be no deduction in order value while refund, if return goods fulfil all return criteria, skip restock fees.

At Adouer Wood, product comes with 12 & 36 months warranty period, depend on product by product, warranty covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:-

* Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
* Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
* Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
* Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
* Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product
* Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
* In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
* Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
* Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
* Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
* As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty
